Advanced Transmission has always believed that being a great local transmission shop means staying connected to what is happening across the industry.

That commitment recently put Advanced Transmission on the national stage, with Jonathon and Crystal Shadis representing the ATRA Gulf States Chapter at the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association’s annual EXPO Chapter meeting.

The meeting, highlighted in GEARS Magazine, brought together ATRA chapter representatives and transmission professionals from across the country and even internationally.

Representing the Gulf States

ATRA Chapters were created to give transmission professionals a stronger voice at the regional level.

For Advanced Transmission, being involved with the Gulf States Chapter means having a seat at the table when the industry discusses training, education, technician development and the future of transmission repair.

It also gives us the opportunity to bring ideas and resources back to our own community in Spanish Fort and throughout Baldwin County.
